The location is great for exploring nearby shops.

During my stay, the bed was excessively firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the hotel falsely advertised complimentary breakfast, which actually cost more than expected. The quality of the food was subpar and not worth the price, adding to my frustration.

The spacious general areas and warm decor were delightful, creating a cozy atmosphere. the thoughtful accessibility features for seniors made navigating the hotel very easy and enjoyable.

More comfortable seating options in common areas would help.

My stay was filled with frustrations. The check-in took longer than expected, and the room didn’t meet my needs, especially the poor sound insulation. If you're planning to stay, check the room readiness in advance. The onsite restaurant offered decent food, yet the breakfast mix-up dampened the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for travelers like us to catch early flights.

Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. it was dirty and the air smelled damp, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Family with children expect more

We spent one night there and the room we got was clean and spacious. There was a decent living area that gave us space to relax as a family.

Not the cheapest option out there tho, for what we got.

We loved our stay! The hotel is near the airport, perfect for our family with two little ones. We enjoyed exploring local shops and dining spots, making it a fantastic place for family activities. The room was spacious, which is great when you’re juggling kids.

My kids wished they had a pool to play in. It would be great if the hotel added a children's play area to keep the little ones entertained.

It was just a great fit for a weekend trip in Tijuana with very good value for money. The pool area was nice and relaxing after a long day. Pick a room on the first floor for easy access.
